Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are known for their fearless sporting nature but it's their other reputation as a loving friend that has made them so popular. Their uninhibited good cheer and playfulness make them perfect company for children and other animals. These regal little animals love being fussed over and will be more than happy to invade your personal space at the slightest invitation.

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

This affectionate friend originated in Great Britain as a favourite of King Charles II. Fully grown, they are about 30.5 to 33 cm in height and weigh between 5.5 to 8kg. Most Cavalier King Charles Spaniels live between 9 and 11 years with proper care and love.

Loving them back

To keep your Cavalier looking regal, their long, silky coat requires regular gentle brushing. Spoiling them with quality dog food will keep them at optimum health. As lapdogs, they don't require much exercise so this makes them ideal for apartment living or people who can't go for long, rigorous walks every day.
